Refund Policy

At Just Gold LLC-FZ, we strive to provide a seamless and transparent experience for all our customers. Please review our refund policy carefully to understand how refunds and cancellations are handled.
1. Order Confirmation and Cancellation
- No Refunds or Cancellations After Confirmation: Once an order for the purchase or sale of gold has been confirmed by the customer, refunds or cancellations are not possible. All orders are final upon customer confirmation.
- Price Lock-In: The price of gold is locked in at the time of order placement. Any fluctuations in the gold price after confirmation will not affect your transaction.
2. Delivery Process
- Registered Address Only: Deliveries are made only to the registered address of the customer. Please ensure someone is available to accept the delivery.
- Proof of Identity: You may be required to provide proof of identity (e.g., Emirates ID) at the time of delivery for verification by our courier partner.
- Failed Delivery Attempts: If no one is available at the registered address to take delivery, our courier partner will attempt delivery at least once more. If the package is still undelivered, it will be returned to our secure vault.
- The corresponding grams of gold will be credited back to your Just Gold account.
- Shipping charges will apply again if you request a new delivery.
3. Package Verification
- Tamper-Proof Packaging: Customers are required to verify that the package they are accepting has not been tampered with and is of acceptable quality before taking delivery.
- No Returns or Refunds After Delivery: Once delivery has been accepted, returns and refunds are not possible. Our products are 100% certified, and we guarantee their authenticity and quality.
4. Quality Assurance
- Certified Products: All gold delivered by Just Gold is certified and hallmarked to ensure purity. We take every measure to ensure the highest standards of quality.
- Unlikely Issues: In the rare event of any concerns regarding the quality or authenticity of the gold, please contact our customer support team at support@justgold.me. We will investigate the matter promptly and resolve any issues to your satisfaction.
5. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are non-refundable once the delivery process has been initiated. If a package is returned to the vault due to failed delivery attempts, shipping charges will apply again for any subsequent delivery requests.
